Cover to Credits is a quarterly deep dive for those who love the spine of a book as much as the frame of a film. Read the source material at home, then come screen the adaptation at RFC and join the discussion. A cash bar will be in the theater with beer and wine available and your ticket includes one free drink!

The Screening (At RFC): Experience Stephen Spielberg’s film adaption starring Laura Dern, Sam Neill, and Jeff Goldblum.

Cover to Credits tickets are available to purchase online, in person, and over the phone. The screening will take place in Theater 2, RFC’s 45-seat capacity theater, followed by the discussion.
MEET THE GUEST SPEAKER
Dr. Jefferson Hendricks
Centenary Professor of English and Film Studies, Chair of Centenary English Department
Dr. Jefferson Hendricks specializes in American Literature and Film Studies, but also teaches courses in Visual Culture, Writing/Editing/Publishing, and The Fantastic: From Greek Mythology to Contemporary Horror at Centenary College. A former Fulbright Professor of American Literature at the University of Aarhus, Denmark, he is the author of four books on the American poet Edwin Rolfe and Rolfe’s involvement fighting fascism in the Spanish Civil War of the 1930s. He also founded (1983) and is the Faculty Director of the Centenary Film Society, the oldest student-run film society in the Deep South. His community involvement includes the Executive Committee of the Robinson Film Center, where he served as the Chair of the Board of Directors its first ten years.
