Family Matinee:
ELF
10:30 a.m December 21, Brunch and Movie

Travel through the seven levels of the Candy Cane forest, past the sea of twirly-swirly gum drops and right into Robinson Film Center for Brunch with Buddy the Elf!  Put on your favorite Christmas sweater or PJs and get ready to decorate cookies for Santa, chow down on all the major food groups (candy, candy canes, candy corns, and syrup), and sing along to Christmas carols because the best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear!

When young Buddy falls into Santa's gift sack on Christmas Eve, he's transported back to the North Pole and raised as a toy-making elf by Santa's helpers. But as he grows into adulthood, he can't shake the nagging feeling that he doesn't belong. Buddy vows to visit Manhattan and find his real dad, a workaholic. Family/Comedy, 2003, 1 hr. 30 min., PG.

Brunch begins at 10:30 a.m. in RFC’s event space (2nd Floor, across from Abby Singer’s Bistro), followed by the screening at noon in Theater 1, RFC’s 124-seat capacity theater.
