mixed greens with crispy prosciutto, goat cheese crumbles, candied pecans, and fresh blackberries, tossed in a house-made pecan vinaigrette

ENTRÉE
petite 6 oz filet mignon, perfectly pan-seared, served with lobster thermidor

DESSERT 
chocolate crème brûlée with a delicately caramelized sugar crust

$75 per person • includes 1 glass of Champagne
