Abby Singer’s Bistro is partnering with Rouge magazine for the Rouge Dinner featuring a three-course menu and a wine tasting with suggested red wines to accompany each course. Ten percent of proceeds will go to The Shreveport Times Joy Fund, benefitting local nonprofits.
