Dolly Parton was a true legend. Her music, movies, talent, and personality will always be remembered, but her biggest legacy was through her incredible charitable work and Imagination Library program, sharing the gift of books and literacy with children across the world. To honor Dolly’s memory, RFC is collecting new children’s book donations in partnership with United Way Northwest Louisiana. Every book donated will help bring the joy of reading to a child in our community! Join us in continuing the legacy of a beloved icon and help spark imagination in local children with a book donation.

Help Carry Dolly's Legacy Forward

Dolly Parton believed in the power of a book to spark a child's imagination, open a world of possibilities, and inspire them to dream big. Through Dolly Parton's Imagination Library, her legacy is living on right here in Northwest Louisiana. Today, approximately 6,700 local children receive a free, age-appropriate book every month — a gift that encourages a love of reading and helps build strong early literacy foundations.
